Cottesmore is a leading boarding prep school based in West Sussex, providing a huge range of sports. The challenge was to bring their existing tennis courts up to a modern standard and be suitable for multi sports – but on a restricted budget together with low on-going maintenance cost.

Playturf was appointed to install the Matchplay II surface from UK manufacturers Playrite, as the ideal surface to meet their requirements for tennis, netball, hockey and football.

The end result – both the headmaster and sports teacher were extremely pleased with look and playing characteristics. They were also pleased with the cost together the extremely low maintenance required for the Matchplay II surface.   Playturf also converted a separate covered court to enhance it from a dark, dull area to a vibrant area for tennis, netball basketball and 5-a-side.
